History of a leading trademark

Agricola Himalaya with its Hindú® trademark is the leading company of the tea and infusion segment in Colombia. Over the years it has developed a tradition of quality and a broad portfolio of products according to the world´s trends.

Certificates of Quality

Since 2002 we've been certified ISO 9001:2002 by ICONTEC member of the international organization ISO-IQNET. We´re working to accomplish a 100% organic tea crops and production process complying with global standards present in the Colombian, European, and North American regulations for ecological management; In addition in 2011 we were granted the UTZ- tea certification of traceability, quality, and sustainability.

Crops

We are the only company that has tea crops in Colombia, located in the mountains of the state of Cauca Valley, between 1750 and 1950 meters above the sea level, and ideal height to produce quality tea.

Social and environmental responsibility

We are a company committed with the region´s well-being. We have an employee community fund and a foundation which develops social, educational and environmental programs in benefit to the community.
